Zucker v Straightlace (1987) 11 NSWLR 87

This case considered the issue of the purchasers right to rescind a contract and the doctrine of election for the sale of land and whether or not a purchaser had lost their right to rescind a contract based on their conduct and if this amounted to affirmation of the contract.
