Victorian Railways Commissioners v Coultas (1888) 13 App Cas 222

This case considered the issue of negligence and whether or not a woman was entitled to damages for physical injuries that she sustained as a result of the nervous shock she suffered as a result of a near collision with a train due to the negligence of a railway employee.
