Todd v Nicol [1957] SASR 72
This case considered the issue of the intention to enter into legal relations and whether or not a woman and her sister-in-law intended that an agreement that the Australian woman would provide her sister-in-law a residence if she travelled from Scotland, was legally enforceable.
