Strickland v Rocla Concrete Pipes (“Concrete Pipes Case”) (1971) 124 CLR

This case considered the corporations power of the Commonwealth under s.51(xx) of the Constitution  and whether or not the use of the Commonwealth’s Trade Practices Act to regulate an agreement, that was seen to be anti-competitive, was a valid exercise of this power.
