Shepherd Homes Ltd v Sandham [1971] Ch 340

This case considered the issue of injunctions and whether or not the court would grant a mandatory injunction to demolish a fence which was constructed by a resident of a housing estate who had made an agreement with the housing development company to not erect such a fence.
