Re Tilley's Will Trusts [1967] 1 Ch 1179

This case considered the issue of tracing of trust property and whether or not trust funds which were mixed with a trustees own personal bank account were used to purchase properties and whether or not the beneficiaries of the trust were entitled to a share of the profits on the sale of these properites.
