R v MG (2007) 69 NSWLR 20

This case considered the issue of prosecutors duties and whether or not a prosecutor who commented to the media and conducted a lecture to law students regarding a recent trial that they participated in, breached the bar rules and prosecutors guidelines resulting in the lack of a fair retrial for the accused.
