

R v Hogan [2001] NSWCCA 292
This case considered the issue of the cross-examination of witnesses and whether or not a trial judge had regard to certain matters in determining whether leave to cross examine a witness was to be granted, if he permitted the cross examination to go beyond permitted areas and if this amounted to a miscarriage of justice.
