James Roscoe (Bolton) Ltd v Winder [1915] 1 Ch 62

This case considered the issue of tracing into a mixed fund and whether or not the court could trace trust funds to a mans personal bank account that had been withdrawn from a trust fund. The court examined the various deposits and withdrawals made to that particular bank account.
