In the Estate of Bohrman [1938] 1 All ER 271

This case considered the affect of a delusion on the validity of a will.  The issue was explored whether or not a will could be valid but particular parts of the will affected by the delusion could be severed.  This was the first time that the issue of partial invalidity had been raised in the courts.
