Zuijs v Wirth Bros (1955) 93 CLR 561

This case considered the issue of vicarious liability and whether or not a trapeze artist working for a circus was an employee or a contractor and whether or not the circus was vicariously liable for the injury on the basis that it arose out of the actions of one of their employee trapeze artists.
