Fennell v Robson Excavations [1977] 2 NSWLR 486

This case considered the issue of nuisance and whether or not an excavator who had carried out excavation work on a piece of land was liable for damage to a neighbouring property which was caused sometime later after they had completed the work they had been contracted to complete.
