Redgrave v Hurd (1881) 20 Ch D 1

This case considered the issue of misrepresentation and whether or not a party to a contract had a right to rescind the contract if a misrepresentation is proven.  Furthermore, this case covered the issues surrounding a misrepresentation and whether or not there is a requirement to confirm the accuracy of the misrepresentation.
