R v Australian Industrial Court: ex parte C L M Holdings (1977) 136 CLR 235

This case considered the corporations power of the Commonwealth and whether or not the Commonwealth had the power to regulate Directors of corporations.  The central issue was whether the Commonwealth’s incidental power extended the scope of the corporations power to support laws relating to the activities of corporate officers.
