Hindson v Weatherill (1854) 43 ER 886

This case considered the issue of fraud in relation to a solicitor preparing a will for a testator and whether or not there was sufficient evidence to show that a will that was prepared was not the true intention of the testator because he was not aware of certain information relating to his family members.
