Law Society of New South Wales v Weaver [1994] 1 NSWLR 271
This case considered the disciplinary action against two solicitors separately. One solicitor did not contest the proceeding against him and the other one did and was not struck off. The first solicitor informed the Law Society of new evidence and the Law Society sought the matter to be re-opened.
