Kennedy v De Trafford [1897] AC 180

This case considered the issue of the duties of a mortgagee when exercising their power of sale and whether or not a mortgagee had failed to act in good faith in relation to exercising a power of sale when it sold the property to one of the co-owners of the property at a reduced value.
