Katayama v Japan Airlines Corporation [2010] FCA 794
This case considered the issue of cross border insolvency and whether or not the Australian Federal Court would recognise the foreign proceedings of a Japanese group of companies that were under administration in order to make orders in relation to the groups assets and creditors in Australia to facilitate the restructuring of the group.
