Commissioner of Stamp Duties v Joliffe (1920) 28 CLR 178

This case considered the issue of certainty of the intention to create a trust and whether an explicit declaration of trust of funds in a bank account was sufficient to create a trust even though the trustee had a secret intention that the money in the bank account be for his benefit only.
