Colyton Investments v McSorley (1962) 107 CLR 177

This case considered the issue of joint executors of a will and whether or not an executor could sell a property without the authority of the other executors.  The question was whether one executor could bind the estate by contract and whether the company buying the property could get a remedy of specific performance on the contract entered into.
