Brady v Schatzel [1911] St R Qd 206

This case considered the issue of assault and whether or not a woman was guilty of assault when she aimed an unloaded rifle at a man and pretended that it was loaded, and whether or not it was necessary that the man be in actual physical fear of being harmed.
