Sydney City Council v West (1965) 114 CLR 481

This case considered the issue of bailment and exclusion clauses and whether or not a parking station’s term on the back of a parking ticket could exclude them from liability for an unauthorised act of one its employees and whether or not the exclusion clause was wide enough to excuse them from such activity.
