Rodgers v Rodgers [1964] HCA 25; (1964) 114 CLR 608

This case considered the issue of privilege and the words “without prejudice” and whether or not a document that was prepared in relation to settlement negotiations was admissible as evidence of a husband’s intention to provide his wife with a greater share of his assets.
