Re Simersall (1992) 108 ALR 375

This case considered the issue of the rights of a trustee to inspect the records of a trust and whether or not the trustee had a right to inspect these records even though they were held by a separate entity.  The nature of a beneficiaries proprietary right to these documents was also discussed.
