Re H [1981] 3 All ER 205

This case considered the issue of professional misconduct and whether or not a barrister who was found guilty of sexual misconduct outside of his practice could be found unfit to practice as a barrister.  This case concerned an examination of the honesty of a barrister and whether or not an offence that did not involve honesty made him unfit to practice.
