This case considered the issue of disclosure in relation to contracts of insurance and whether or not a cover note was a contract of insurance and whether or not the failure to disclose a negligent motor vehicle accident at the time of obtaining a cover note was a material fact entitling an insurance company to reject a claim for insurance.
