Harvey v Law Society of New South Wales (1975) 7 ALR 227

This case involved the disciplinary orders made by a court due to a solicitor intermingling his private business interests with that of his clients monies.  The orders that were given were argued to be highly restrictive.  On appeal these orders were overturned.
