Goode v Goode [2006] FamCA 1346

This case considered the issue of parenting orders and the presumption that equal shared care is in the best interests of a child and whether or not a judge was incorrect in not applying the presumption that it was in a child’s best interests that he make an order for equal shared parental responsibility.
