Felthouse v Bindley (1862) 142 ER 1037
This case considered the issue of acceptance of a contract and whether or not the seller of an item of property was bound to reject an offer to buy the property at a certain price. This issue of acceptance was critical to the legal rights to bring an action for conversion of the property in question.
