Dormer v Solo Investments (1974) 1 NSWLR 428

This case considered the issue of the vendors duty of disclosure and whether or not a purchaser of land was entitled to rescind a contract on the basis that the vendor did not disclose that they knew of a proposed pipeline that may affect the land that was purchased.
