Dickson v The Queen [2010] HCA 30; 241 CLR 491

This case considered the issue of the inconsistency between state and commonwealth laws under section 109 of the Constitution and whether or not a state law in relation to stolen company property was inconsistent with a Commonwealth law that dealt with stolen property of the Commonwealth.
