Copmar Holdings v The Commonwealth [1988] NSW Conv R 55-404

This case considered the issue of statutory vendor warranties and whether or not a purchaser had the right to rescind a contract when a section 149 certificate was proven to be wrong and if the supply of a correct certificate prevented the purchaser from rescinding the contract.
