Codelfa Construction v State Rail Authority of New South Wales (1982) 149 CLR 337

This case considered the issue of implied terms in a contract and whether or not a term could be implied in a contract and if it was a term that the parties to the contract would have necessarily agreed upon.  This case is also significant because it established a test for frustration of a contract.
