BHP Billiton Limited v Schultz [2004] HCA 61; (2004) 221 CLR 400

This case considered the issue of jurisdiction and whether or not a proceeding commenced in a NSW tribunal established to hear proceedings related to specific types of workplace injuries which was transferred to the Supreme Court of NSW could be then transferred to the Supreme Court of South Australia which was where the work injury actually occurred.
