Austral Standard Cables v Walker Nominees (1992) NSW Conv R 55-630

This case considered the issue of vacant possession and whether or not a purchaser who had previously indicated that they could not complete a contract for the purchase of a property was estopped from insisting that the vendor was in breach after the vendor failed to provide vacant possession of the property after the purchaser had withdrawn the indication that it would not be completing the contract.
